And that axe, believe it or not, was forged using bridgeford charcoal, lol. I was so eager to start that I bought several bags at the store and went to it....

Keepong tension on the head is the only drawback to this design. This is an Appalachian design from the foxfire book series. It really can only be re tightened by wetting the leather and holding it over heat.

As for the pickup, I am planning the electrfy this when I get all the parts.
