Re: Bracer for sale

How's the range of motion in it? Would you be able to switch to a sword in that hand and not have too much trouble? I've been wanting to make one.... I've had mine for about a month now, I'll be posting pictures of my new gear soon. It is stiff at first but after wearing it for a while and working ...

Re: Discount Arrows

I got a set of a dozen arrows from Merrill wood. I really like them and they are good quality. They are durable, I only. Role one during thanksgiving but I missed my target and hit my fence when I was shooting. If it weren't for wanting self mocked arrows, I'd recommend them. Good quality, durable, ...

Re: question on bows

If I may ask a question if any of y'all would know. What is your view on this bow? http://www.lancasterarchery.com/samick-shb-58-recurve-bow.html#fullDescription My papa's bow broke the other day when I finally got all my stuff in. I put everything on and went out to shoot, got about half draw and t...

Re: Glove, Tab, String Covers, Nothing

I have tried the no-glove things that go on the string because my girlfriend has it on her bow. I find that it is better on your fingers than nothing but the string tends to twist upon release when I let it slide (or roll rather) off my fingers. It could be that her bow is too small for me (she uses...

Re: Salvation Army store - need suggestions

Hood, collar, sleeves, hem of tunic, jerkin, gambassen or coat. They make a great rim on pouches bags and satchels, one would do for a rim on a quiver to soften the sound of arrows. Great top liner for boots or gloves for winter too! Just a few of the top of my head. (and hat rims don't f...
