I need a few more miles under my belt before I feel worth of such praise. Thankfully my auto immune disease seems to be in retreat, I've been crafting and am back in the gym building my strength and fitness back up. Pack walks start next month. Glad to hear it, Eofor! Very nice, that’s definitely from the old days of Windlass! Another option in regards to the guard would be to either shorten or cut off the knuckle bow completely, which would make the sword seem a little more Middle Earth friendly. Just a thought!

Udwin, the lengths you go to research and authentically portray your personas is nothing short of inspiring. I hope to one day get to this level of depth for Barandir and the other two half-formed personas I have stewing in my brain.

I think a good brownish gray, something approaching heather color, would work really well for an all-weather cloak. It’s good enough to blend in during the spring and summer months when all the foliage is in bloom, but also would blend in with the tree trunks and bare branches of winter. Just a thou...
