Re: Crafter's Recipies
Three beeswax based polishes. The first is a hard finish suitable for wood, the second is for leather (both of these are neutral) and the third is black Hard Polish. Durable finish for wooden items. Not food safe Melt a quantity of beeswax and add an equal volume of turpentine (the real stuff not 'S...

Re: Elven Ranger Clothing Concept
I think the tunic needs to be longer, like long enough to go un-trousered (or "pantsless" if you want it in American ) in summer. But I like the neckline a lot. I would also go with a closer fitting trouser, you want to look tall and graceful..... And big baggy pants over a slim calf say ...

Re: Hi everybody!
Now, the most difficult for me will be to wear medieval clothes and cross some "normal" people on my road, I'm scared by that because I'm "shy" Does everybody assume their style or some people are in my case? :?: Vins, Greetings and Well Met. I too have a shyness issue...

Re: Crafter's Recipies
Cutler's Pitch Used as a glue, this needs to be heated to apply. Its not as brittle as pure pine pitch and has gap filling properties (for example Indian swords tend to have metal grips and stub tangs, this is used to fix one into the other) This is my version, based on the materials I could get at ...

Crafter's Recipies
I know that there are all sorts of useful mixtures and compounds that are compatible with Middle Earth Tech-levels, and I'm sure that there are several of such spread around in various threads and the search engine doesn't always turn them up. So, my cunning plan is for people to post them here or t...

Re: New sword soon!
That is not a Noble blade for great deeds in battle under the bright Sun, that is a necessary tool for desperate bloody work in the dim of the forest and the empty places between where People live. Nice bit of kit, let us know how she feels and cuts I feel like I should know that quote. I think it’...
