I did a little reading on the subject of Blacklisted IPs and it stems from several possible issues. First, if you send out spam or your server is not configured correctly. The next and most likely is a virus that is attaching itself to outgoing emails or posts. Hopefully this helps a bit.

There doesn't appear to be an issue from what I can see. Your account is open and there have been no changes made to it.
