I was asked to say a little bit about myself so here goes. I am a huge fan of the books The Ranger's Apprentice by John Flanagan, which is my biggest influince for Ranger things. But I still love Tolkien's Rangers. I love anything Historical. I am an appreince blacksmith, a bowyer, and fletcher. I make all my own gear. I found this form on Christian Fletchers FB, and loved reading the post here. I sadly am not able to get on very often, and hope that is not a problem. Thank you for all the warm welcomes.

I am one of the Global Moderators of the Ranger's Apprentice RPG called Halt's Playground. Brandwyn and I are both on MERF and really find that this site is invaluable for all things ranger. Welcome to the forum I hope you enjoy it here, BTW there are quite a few RA nuggets you can uncover on this site as many of us enjoy Mr Flanagen's work too! Check out the seax knife projects!

Hail and well met Fellow Rangers! I am a guardian and watcher over lands in south east Michigan. I
have been a fan of Tolkien since a child and was taught wildcraft by my Da. I am a bowyer, fletcher
and leathersmythe. Glad to be a part of this forum, and wondering if there are any other rangers in the Michigan area?
