First of all, I am not the seller. Nor do I know them.
I found these two listings on Ebay UK, but the seller will post to the US (Ebay recons Shipping to be about £40..... I haven't checked what that is in USD)
The first pair are a UK 9 (US 9.5) and the second are UK 6.5 (US 7.5) according to the listings
They both have the optional extra crepe soles and therefore retailed at £370, BIN price is £55 for the size 9 and £45 for the size 6.5.
ETA price has now dropped to £50 and £40 respectively
