Update: the guard has been redesigned and is in final stages of fitting.
Embellishment, clean-up/polishing, case hardening to follow presently.

Its always hard to tell whats going to pop up but the sword should be finished this week. However I will not be posting any pics until the peice is scabbarded and strapped. But I really think the Migration Era/ Viking age crowd is going to like the direction this project is going....
