Open for Business Setting the Ground Rules

Welcome to the new ME Ranger forum. At present it's an open forum, without any sort of administrator approval. Let's keep it that way, please.
OK, as forum owner I have only one set ground rule. This is a continuation of Andy Mayer's ME Ranger Forum, and when he gets back, I'm turning it over to him, or shutting it down. The reason for this is that I offered to host a PHPBB forum a while back and he turned it down. Other than that are there any other ground rules we need?
Anyone from the old forum who wants to be a board admin let me know.
