New Pouch!!

I received a canvas/leather pouch for my future ranger-ing adventures
I tried to get a pic of what little contents I have so far but I didn't have enough hands. So far I have my tinder box filled with petroleum jelly/cotton ball mix, my flint and steel, my mini diamond stone, my "northseeker" and a few sheets of tea parchment. I am hoping I can find a period eat set to place in it and I think I may put my new quill pen and a small bottle of ink inside a tin case and put that in there as well.

Looks like the picture URL requires a login to view. Try uploading the photo to somewhere like Photobucket, and then use that URL. I can't wait to see the bag!

I also found out that the divider in the middle has a slender pocket in the middle! I now have placed my little velvet bag I made for my candles in there

Nice! It looks like it'll hold quite a bit. Does it have loops on the back for wearing on your belt? It looks like it might, since the strap to the right of the pouch looks like a belt.

Looks like some old European military pouch. Those things are built to last. That's a great gift.

I like the 'lid' of the pack- it keeps it from narrowing down at the top.
