GIFTS FROM THE GODS

Of course that does not explain supposedly good people whose lives seem to live in the toilet.

Occasionally, good things happen...
finding a sword of craigslist for $20 and discovering that I just bought a $500 Del Tin!

Today, while on my daily walk to the post office, a half m,ile walk I happily do for the exercise and to get out of the office, I saw a folded pile of canvas on the sidewalk.
Ok, someone left a protest sign as I work in the courthosue.

A half hour later ,upon returning, I found the canvas still there so examined it.
8x7 piece of painters canvas. a few splatters but nothing bad. It appears to have fallen off a truck as it went over the curb at that intersection.
I find a lot of tools that way, bounced off a truck that was driving too ... rough.
But this canvas... I can think of a lot of projects for this.
