I just found this and figured it’s not that different than the bocksten cloak in actual implementation.

I guess that could be made without the collar to be used with a waxed canvas detachable hood for complete waterproof-ness, that is a great idea caedmon, it may not be long before I look into making one.

Absolutely Bocksten in function. I like it! I actually think that it has a certain Dwarven appeal, being overlapped in that way. Interesting!
