Inspired by Andy's original watch cloak and a hosta leaf,

I have created what I am calling an "Elven Watch Cloak". It is my interpretation of how an elf might make this sort of cloak. Of course, it is no where near the quality or workmanship you might expect of an elf. I just used my imagination and did the best I could. The teal fabric is an unknown wool blend, and the gray is an upholstery fabric. The tassel is jute twine. I also used a teal green broadcloth in a few places, notably around the neckline for comfort. More pictures to follow, as the forum will only allow me to add three attachments at a time.
My wife loves the pic with the bow what a great job you did! Might you be wearing this to faire this fall? We hope to see you! Again, outstanding job. Love garb pics!
"Well, what are you waiting for? I am an old man, and have no time for your falter! Come at me, if you will, for I do not sing songs of dastards!"

Thanks! If I get to go, I'll be bringing all the Ranger Gear I've come up with! Lots more projects to come!
Thanks all! And thanks to long-suffering Sharon, who has to not only put up with her crazy man, but actually has to help him with things like photos from time to time!
Still round the corner there may wait a new road or a secret gate and though I oft have passed them by a day will come at last when I shall take the hidden paths that run west of the moon, east of the sun.
A very nice cloak, I'd like that in a nice forest green please!
Many evil things there are that your strong walls and bright swords do not stay.
You know little of the lands beyond your bounds.
Peace and freedom, do you say?
The North would have known them little but for us.
